How long is the order process?

Local Generic Design orders require the following lead time:

• Design approval - 3 to 6 weeks

Please take note that bulk shipment is subject to a few considerations and usually takes 3-6 weeks after approval.

Custom Design orders require the following lead time:

• Design approval - 4 to 8 weeks (with complex design up to 12 weeks)

Production and delivery - 4 to 8 weeks (with congested shipment schedule up to 12 weeks))
